• Plan, coordinate, provide, and manage nursing care and health education for residents
• supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and other staff
• coordinate unit care
• provide medication-related interventions
• transcribe and coordinate physician orders
• assess resident health and report changes
• develop and implement care plans and nursing interventions
• contribute to resident assessments and care plans.
