The Senior Production Engineer, Storage role is onsite in Seattle, WA. Compensation is $170,000–$205,000 per year plus bonus. Crusoe builds and operates AI infrastructure and cloud services with an energy-first approach. The storage-focused Site Reliability Engineering role ensures availability, performance, and scalability of cloud storage products supporting AI and high-performance computing workloads. The engineer builds automation and fault-tolerant systems, responds to incidents, and works with storage, hardware, and kernel teams to improve reliability and performance.

What you'll do

• Build automation and self-healing tools for distributed storage
• improve replication, encryption, backup, restore, and failover
• support NVMe- and SSD-backed volumes
• maintain availability and performance of user-facing storage services
• investigate incidents using telemetry, logs, and profiling
• partner with hardware and kernel teams on I/O issues and optimization
• contribute to scalable, fault-tolerant storage architecture.
