What you'll do

• Lead manufacturing quality activities
• oversee in-process and final inspection, product acceptance, and release
• manage and mentor Quality Engineers, the QC Supervisor, and inspection staff
• own NCR/MRB investigations, dispositions, trending, and closure
• drive CAPA and root-cause corrective actions
• lead continuous improvement
• support product, equipment, and process introductions
• ensure FDA QMSR, ISO 13485, and applicable regulatory compliance
• support audits
• report quality performance and risks
• support supplier quality.
