The role supports CloseKnit’s distributed Clinical Lead Network and partners with Practice Operations to advance consistent, patient-focused care. The physician leader enables Clinical Leads and care teams to apply enterprise clinical strategy in daily practice through coaching, communication, implementation support, and issue escalation. The position maintains an active clinical practice, with approximately 40% of role time dedicated to direct patient care, while supporting consistent workflows and care delivery across practices.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop the distributed Clinical Lead Network
• coach Clinical Leads in leadership, provider engagement, communication, conflict resolution, and change management
• facilitate communication between providers and enterprise leadership
• support clinical care delivery models, workflows, and resources
• provide physician input on electronic medical record templates, encounter plans, order sets, and workflows
• support implementation and adoption of enterprise clinical initiatives and standards
• chair the Clinical Practice & Operations Committee
• partner with the CMO and Practice Operations to identify and address clinical-operational barriers
• maintain an active clinical practice, with approximately 40% of role time in direct care.
