What you'll do

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• help ensure team members complete their responsibilities
• provide customer service and resolve concerns
• help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• monitor equipment and report maintenance needs
• assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• support safety procedures, opening and closing, site cleanliness, and wash quality.
