What you'll do

• Oversee local hospice office operations and operational goals
• ensure patient-centered care and regulatory compliance
• oversee patient and family assessments, interventions, documentation, staffing, and resources
• maintain survey readiness
• participate in the hospice-wide QAPI program
• coordinate with hospice physicians
• oversee budgets, expenditures, and patient-care invoices
• supervise recruitment, hiring, evaluations, and staff development
• maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners
• serve as Administrator On-Call and participate in evening and weekend clinical on-call coverage
• travel as necessary.
