What you'll do

• Lead shifts by modeling service standards
• support the Store Manager in coaching and training team members
• conduct pre-shift huddles
• assign tasks and floor positions
• assist with onboarding
• complete opening and closing responsibilities
• prepare and serve products to brand standards
• maintain cleanliness and food safety
• stock and rotate inventory
• count registers and handle cash
• help control waste
• promote upselling and guest engagement.
