What you'll do

• Oversee medical standards and quality of care

• support positive client and doctor communication and patient-care transfers
• review records and manage controlled drugs
• conduct doctor meetings
• address patient-care problems and complaints
• develop medical policies
• support compliance
• coach veterinarians
• interview DVM candidates
• identify service opportunities
• monitor performance indicators and work with the Hospital Manager on practice results.
