Production Machine Operator, RF and Heat Sealing

The Production Machine Operator role is onsite in Wadsworth, OH. Pay is $17 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The position operates radio frequency and heat-sealing equipment to assemble fabric and plastic products in a clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility. The operator follows technical instructions and quality and safety procedures while documenting production work. Accurate, consistent assembly helps maintain product quality and keep production moving as tasks and deadlines change.

What you'll do

• Operate radio frequency and heat-welding machines to assemble fabrics and plastics
• read and follow drawings, work instructions, and technical documents
• ensure products meet quality and compliance requirements
• record work orders, cut records, and material record cards
• communicate equipment needs or production issues
• maintain an organized work area
• follow safety and quality procedures.
