Community Liaison — Hospice and House Call Services

The Community Liaison role is based in Sandy Springs, Georgia, serving the Georgia region. Base salary is $50,000–$95,000 annually, plus monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses. Ennoble Care provides mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice services, including care for patients with chronic conditions and limited mobility. The role analyzes service-area opportunities and marketing information, develops and implements marketing plans, and builds relationships with healthcare providers and facilities to support patient referrals.

What you'll do

• Analyze service-area potential and target markets
• visit physician offices, hospitals, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities, and other referral sources
• present agency credentials and obtain patient referrals
• analyze marketing data and patient-company relationships
• develop sales and marketing objectives, projections, and plans
• implement and evaluate marketing plans
• attend interdisciplinary group meetings as appropriate
• provide community outreach and education.
