What you'll do

• Lead daily rehabilitation department operations
• coordinate staffing, scheduling, caseloads, and workflow
• provide direct patient care as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• coach, mentor, and support therapy team members
• collaborate with facility leadership and interdisciplinary team members
• support quality patient outcomes and a positive patient experience
• monitor documentation, regulatory, and company requirements
• identify opportunities to strengthen therapy services and department performance.
