What you'll do

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs, including drywall, painting, lighting, plumbing, and furniture systems
• assist with preventive maintenance and repairs to HVAC, humidification, electrical, and compressed air systems
• operate facility equipment and vehicles as required
• maintain facility and common areas
• monitor fire extinguishers and safety equipment
• replenish supplies
• support recycling operations
• assist with records storage and room setup
• help remove snow and ice
• pick up supplies and assist vendors or contractors as needed.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of facility maintenance or related experience, a valid driver's license, and ability to operate facility equipment safely. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, with overtime when required.
