What you'll do

• Supervise OR staff, daily operations, assignments, and resource use
• support patient safety, quality improvement, risk management, and clinical standards
• maintain survey readiness and Joint Commission compliance
• support emergency preparedness
• assist with staffing, productivity, budget, and utilization management
• coach and develop nursing staff
• collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• monitor performance metrics and implement operational improvements
• perform clinical duties as needed.
