What you'll do

• Wash dishes and pots and operate dishwashing equipment
• distribute and store clean cookware and utensils
• clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen areas
• empty trash
• maintain a safe and sanitary workstation
• handle and store food and supplies appropriately
• organize kitchen storage
• follow safety and food-handling procedures.
