What you'll do

• Supervise counter staff, drivers, and shipping/receiving with the Parts Manager
• build daily schedules and assign work
• train and coach team members
• enforce department policies, pricing, and discount limits
• conduct cycle counts and resolve bin variances
• manage stock and special orders, lost-sale tracking, aged inventory, returns, and surplus disposal
• maintain accurate receiving, bin locations, and DMS data
• support service turnaround by staging accurate repair-order parts
• review sales and gross reports
• process purchase orders and reconcile invoices, credits, statements, inventory, accounts payable, and work-in-process
• prepare reports
• cover the Parts Manager during absences.
