What you'll do

• Provide prompt service through in-person, phone, mail, email, DocuSign, and online channels
• open and service business and personal accounts
• process account maintenance and ownership changes
• follow regulations, documentation standards, security requirements, and internal controls, including beneficial ownership and Bank Secrecy Act requirements
• support account analysis, billing review, sweeps, and rate maintenance
• maintain knowledge of cash-management products
• monitor service requests and coordinate timely completion
• collaborate with Commercial Lending
• research and resolve member inquiries.
