The Marketing & Outreach Intern — Baltimore role is an onsite, full-time internship in Baltimore, MD, scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pay is $15 per hour during the 90-day introductory period and $16–$18 per hour upon conversion to permanent status, based on performance. K&I provides behavioral health and substance use services and describes its mission as compassionate, culturally responsive care that strengthens communities. The intern supports community growth by building referral relationships, representing the organization at outreach events, preparing local marketing content, coordinating event logistics, and maintaining outreach records and reports. The position has no direct patient contact or access to protected health information.

What you'll do

• Research and build a referral partner pipeline
• coordinate partner meetings
• distribute marketing materials
• represent K&I at community events under supervision
• create localized materials and social content from approved templates and calendars
• coordinate event logistics and follow-up
• maintain outreach records and submit weekly reports.
