What you'll do

• Provide first-line hardware, software, and peripheral troubleshooting
• configure user accounts, permissions, and devices
• coordinate tickets and escalations with IT vendors, MSPs, software providers, and ISPs
• maintain onboarding processes
• track equipment, subscriptions, and hardware lifecycles
• oversee endpoint security, patching, and backup monitoring with providers
• maintain IT documentation and guides
• contribute to IT system design and optimization
• support workstation imaging, deployment, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
