What you'll do

• Provide first-level hardware, software, and network support
• set up and maintain desktops and laptops
• troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft Office, and enterprise software
• assist with conferencing and A/V equipment
• handle onboarding and offboarding device and account tasks
• maintain IT inventory
• document resolutions
• and collaborate with global IT teams.
