What you'll do

• Organize and complete tax compliance engagements
• assist with tax planning techniques and client needs

• begin reviewing work completed by associates and apprentices
• assist with apprentice supervision during tax season
• communicate with clients and internal teams
• prioritize work and meet deadlines
• participate in mentoring, training, recruiting, retention, team-building, and internal seminars.
