The associate handles sophisticated finance transactions from initial structuring through closing, including acquisition financings, and drafts and negotiates credit agreements and related closing documents. The role also involves client contact, collaboration across the firm’s national platform, and contributing to business development and long-term client relationships.

What you'll do

• Execute sophisticated finance transactions, including acquisition financings
• draft and negotiate credit agreements and closing documents
• represent lenders and/or borrowers in leveraged finance transactions
• work directly with clients and attorneys across the firm’s national platform
• handle transactions from structuring through closing
• contribute to business development and client relationships.
