What you'll do
- Sand leather from tool handles using a belt sander or grinding wheel to achieve proper contour and appearance
- inspect finished handles and reject defective work
- replace and balance grinding wheels and belts and adjust tension
- transport tools to and from staging areas
- complete routing sheets and timely data entry.
