What you'll do

• Track annual recertifications and ensure files are completed at least 30 days before their effective dates.
• Audit move-in and recertification packets and digital resident files for funding compliance and completeness.
• Review compliance information in Yardi/RentCafe and generate tenant income certifications.
• Verify required signatures, prepare compliance reports, assist with new-site lease-ups and affordable housing staff training, correspond with third-party processors, and assist with monthly and year-end owner reporting.
• Travel to properties as needed, including in and out of state.
