Customer Service Associate (Member Concierge)

What you'll do

• Support members by phone, chat, and in person
• resolve order and vehicle concerns
• prepare vehicles through cleaning and delivery preparation
• manage interactions and records in company systems
• greet members and explain offerings
• coordinate with customer care, security, Product, Engineering, and Operations
• identify service improvements
• drive vehicles for deliveries as needed.
