The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is onsite in Village of Williamsburg, VA, with a stated annual pay range of $85,000–$100,000. The role supports Magical Moments’ clinical team and its work with children and families. The BCBA conducts behavioral assessments, develops individualized treatment plans, oversees skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, and supervises and trains registered behavior technicians. By monitoring progress and adjusting plans using data, the analyst supports ethical, high-quality care and treatment fidelity.

What you'll do

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• provide RBT supervision and training
• collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
• monitor and adjust treatment plans based on data and progress
• maintain documentation and participate in team consultations
• contribute to a positive, solution-oriented team culture.

Why this role
