What you'll do

• Schedule and attend meetings and prepare materials and notes
• coordinate digital and direct-mail campaign strategy and execution
• manage timelines, milestones, budgets, technical requirements, and documentation
• prepare cost estimates
• translate briefs into creative instructions and production specifications
• coordinate approvals and vendor schedules
• track production and perform quality assurance
• support email setup, testing, deployment, and results monitoring
• support client eCRM list management
• review vendor invoices and reconcile costs.
