What you'll do

• Process prospective leads, schedule and assist with showings, support applications, execute leases, conduct inspections as needed, and maintain files. Respond to phone and online inquiries
• conduct rental and renewal analyses
• coordinate with field leasing agents, tenants, owners, vendors, and transaction teams. Support application completion, approvals, lease signing and renewals
• prepare weekly owner marketing reports
• follow leasing and Fair Housing requirements.
