Senior Service Manager II

What you'll do

• Diagnose and perform minor and routine repairs involving appliances, building exteriors, doors and locks, electrical and lighting, flooring, grounds, heating and cooling where permitted, plumbing, pools where permitted, safety equipment, and preventive maintenance
• inspect and prepare vacant apartments
• paint and re-inspect units
• update maintenance records and close service requests
• identify unsafe conditions and respond to emergencies
• maintain parts and materials inventory
• support inspections, purchase orders, reports, training, and property standards
• participate in the required on-call rotation
• coach and teach team members.
