What you'll do

• Welcome residents, families, guests, and vendors
• answer and direct calls
• assist visitors and residents
• receive and distribute mail and deliveries
• support move-ins
• maintain resident directories and emergency contacts
• perform administrative tasks and data entry
• monitor safety check-in systems, entrances, alarms, cameras, and safety systems
• maintain lobby and common areas
• report maintenance concerns
• assist with light housekeeping and community activities as needed.
