What you'll do

• Train and mentor build technicians
• maintain training documentation and standard operating procedures
• oversee build quality assurance and verification
• advise customers and the BYO department on PC trends, cooling systems, diagnostics, and component compatibility
• manage tools and component inventory
• present completed builds to customers
• track build KPIs
• maintain an organized work area.
