What you'll do

• Greet and qualify prospects
• conduct community tours and show apartments
• process applications and screening
• prepare lease and move-in packages
• inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate outstanding work with maintenance
• monitor market and competitor conditions
• implement marketing plans and activities
• use property-management software to track availability and leasing activity
• maintain show-quality common areas and units
• follow up with prospects and residents
• support lease renewals
• respond to resident and owner concerns.
