What you'll do

• Resolve hardware, software, network, and telecommunications issues and answer queries by telephone
• diagnose and analyze technical problems using historical records
• escalate complex issues
• maintain support records and tracking databases
• identify recurring issues and notify management
• support emergency operations, voice communications, message routing, video teleconferences, equipment status checks, minor troubleshooting, outage notifications, and trouble tickets.
