What you'll do

• Handle substantive civil litigation assignments
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies
• manage discovery and review evidence
• assist with deposition preparation
• communicate with clients and colleagues
• support hearings, court appearances, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation as matters progress.
