What you'll do

• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready
• handle incoming calls and online and in-person booking requests
• answer questions about rates, availability, amenities, rewards, and special requests
• welcome and check in guests and check them out at departure
• provide correct keys and room numbers
• mitigate customer complaints
• maintain accurate, up-to-date guest account information.
