What you'll do

• Lead in-person tours and manage prospects through the application handoff
• use sales and closing techniques to support occupancy goals. Monitor leasing performance, occupancy, market conditions, competitor performance, and stale inventory
• recommend pricing, marketing, and leasing strategies. Train and coach the Leasing Team on tours, sales, leasing standards, closing, and customer experience.
