The Direct Support Professional (DSP) – All Shifts role is onsite in Westlake, OH, paying $16–$17 per hour. New Avenues to Independence supports people with disabilities in residential homes and day programs, with a mission to promote choice and independence.

What you'll do

• Provide person-centered support with daily living and personal care, meal preparation, cooking, cleaning, shopping, medication management, and medical appointments
