What you'll do

• Greet customers in person and by phone

• perform routine vehicle services including oil changes, tire rotations, battery installation, fluid top-offs, and inspections
• support work orders and register transactions
• follow safety procedures and maintain an organized work area
• help resolve customer concerns.
