What you'll do

• Set up, test, and adjust machines using gauges and hand tools
• start machines, monitor operations, and record data
• measure workpieces and inspect finished parts for defects
• maintain, clean, and lubricate machines and perform basic preventive maintenance
• follow OSHA and company safety rules
• participate in quality problem-solving
• train and cross-train associates
• perform mold changeovers and startup activities
• assist with facility maintenance and improvement projects.
