The Director, Pharmacy Services role is onsite five days per week in Brighton, MA, and pays $175,000–$185,000 per year. BrightonOne is a nonprofit social enterprise delivering healthcare, housing, and support to veterans and military-connected families. The director provides strategic and operational leadership across outpatient, mail-order, and network pharmacy services for US Family Health Plan of Southern New England. The role oversees compliance, financial stewardship, pharmacy operations, clinical initiatives, and performance improvement to support high-quality patient-centered care.

What you'll do

• Oversee retail pharmacy, mail-order, and network operations
• establish and monitor performance expectations, KPIs, quality metrics, and service levels
• ensure regulatory and licensing compliance
• lead pharmacy quality initiatives
• manage pharmacy leaders and staff development
• oversee drug inventory, utilization, budgets, and cost-saving initiatives
• guide clinical pharmacy and technology initiatives
• manage PBM and external partner relationships
• report performance and improvement plans to senior leadership.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, an active Massachusetts pharmacist license, and 10 or more years of pharmacy experience, including five or more years of leadership experience. Retail or mail-order pharmacy experience is required.
