What you'll do

• Prepare menu and prep items according to recipes
• portion and rotate products using FIFO standards
• maintain kitchen, prep, cooler, and storage cleanliness
• follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• communicate product, service, equipment, or safety issues
• and assist with dishwashing and front-of-house cleanliness.
