What you'll do

• Administer Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID accounts, permissions, groups, and access controls
• image, configure, deploy, patch, and sustain endpoints using SCCM/MECM
• diagnose hardware, software, account, connectivity, peripheral, and network incidents
• support authorized DoD environments
• maintain VTC, audiovisual, VoIP, collaboration, and wireless systems
• sustain MDF/IDF equipment and network links
• manage service tickets
• document troubleshooting, resolutions, changes, outages, and maintenance.
