What you'll do

• Supervise classroom staff and oversee classroom documentation, lesson plans, and Individualized Treatment Plans
• ensure developmental assessments are completed
• coordinate patient-care documentation and treatment approvals
• monitor regulatory compliance
• assist with hiring, training, and mentoring staff
• maintain patient records and tracking systems
• coordinate admissions, evaluations, billing documentation, and discharge processes
• act as Privacy Officer
• travel as needed.
