What you'll do

• Analyze processes, systems, and data
• document current-state workflows and identify inefficiencies, risks, and system gaps
• gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into functional and technical requirements
• partner with engineering, customer experience, finance, and IT on system improvements
• support reporting and automation
• conduct root-cause and ad hoc data analysis
• develop business cases and ROI models
• maintain process documentation and governance
• lead complex initiatives and mentor junior team members. Travel up to 10% may be required.
