What you'll do

• Staff, direct, and control shift operations
• oversee inbound and outbound logistics
• monitor on-time receipt and delivery windows
• enforce safety rules
• train, test, and certify material handlers
• oversee truck receiving and loading and required paperwork
• maintain SOPs and work instructions
• communicate late loads and quality concerns
• manage customer KPI reporting
• ensure receiving, inspection, and put-away processes are completed
• adjust employee tasks to demand
• support cost and efficiency improvements.
