What you'll do

• Help customers select pet products and answer animal-care questions
• process purchases and provide Preferred Pet Club information
• unload deliveries safely, stock shelves, and carry purchases to customers’ vehicles
• provide in-store pet care, which may include cleaning habitats, feeding, and handling animals
• support coworkers as backup when needed. The role requires lifting 40–65 pounds, standing for extended periods, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
