What you'll do

• Drive project completion within timelines and budgets
• manage scope changes, material assessments, and contracts
• review project status and cost reports
• lead project and pre-job meetings
• establish subcontracts and equipment buy-outs
• assemble and review estimates
• maintain project schedules
• manage billings and financial aspects
• resolve customer, vendor, trade, and partner issues
• visit job sites and inspect work.
