What you'll do

• Greet and direct patients, families, vendors, pharmaceutical representatives, and business associates
• verify and update patient demographics
• obtain consent to treat and insurance waiver signatures as needed
• process forms and copy insurance card information
• receive and secure patient payments and balance daily receipts
• complete cross-training in other clinic areas where applicable.
