What you'll do

• Perform general maintenance including painting and minor electrical and plumbing repairs
• test emergency lights
• make minor repairs in common areas, apartments, and grounds
• maintain familiarity with fire alarm, security, emergency lighting, heating, and hot water systems
• respond to occasional after-hours emergencies such as lock-outs, no heat, and water leaks.
