What you'll do

• Assist daily operations, including parcel dispatch and task assignment to delivery service partners

• recruit and onboard qualified delivery service partners
• design service-quality training
• support fleet operations and task distribution
• coordinate with internal teams and external partners
• handle daily operations and emergency responses.
