The Entry-Level Autism Support Specialist role is onsite in O’Fallon, MO, in a center-based setting. Compensation is $18–$22 per hour. Atlas Autism Health provides Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with autism and supports their development and progress. The specialist delivers one-to-one therapy under Board Certified Behavior Analyst supervision, implements individualized plans, and records client progress. The role supports children’s communication, social, and adaptive skills through evidence-based and play-based activities while collaborating with families and clinical colleagues.

What you'll do

  • Provide one-to-one ABA therapy
  • implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
  • use evidence-based ABA and naturalistic teaching methods
  • collect and document progress data
  • support communication, social, and adaptive skills through play-based learning
  • participate in group and therapeutic activities
  • collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members.
